| ok, so lately my UT3 just crashes like whoa. nothing changed, my drivers are still the same.. but like 5 minutes into a match the thing just crashes. I even went as far as to reinstall the retail version of UT3, and update it to 2.1/titan pack and it still happens..i've deleted all of my ini's and everything, it just keeps crashing. ideas? |

Is it just on DFB or even in an instant match?
Could it be because of the editor? |

| i've already uninstalled all the drivers, deleted all my ini's.. it happens in instant action and multiplayer.. since im doing a fresh install now (all titan packed up)..i have no custom maps, so therefore im redownloading all of those and it still happens. but it happened on Necro too..idk whats going on. something's just fucked |

| Most times its drivers sound/video blah blah and also my anti virus did an update once that was causing me to crash avg was bad about it. |

bingo. I'm using a Creative Labs Xfi soundcard, but the mobo has a built in Realtek HD 7.1 channel audio card which isn't used.. but Windows Update downloaded and installed drivers for it, and activated the sound card that i dont use..the conflict was fucking everything that uses sound up pretty good. so i just uninstalled the realtek drivers and made sure windows update wouldn't do it again..all is ok now. |

Go into CMOS Setup and disable the onboard Audio. Win7 will allow you to have 2 audio devices installed - and will work (sometimes). |
